Palm Beach organizations partner to feed people in need

National Council of Jewish Women Palm Beach has partnered with Palm Beach Harvest to launch a project called Soup for the Soul.

The project, which is intended to feed adults and children in need in Palm Beach County, will be introduced on Feb. 24. Volunteers in the Ibis and Ironhorse country clubs in West Palm Beach will shop and deliver bags filled with fresh vegetables, lentils and cans of tomatoes to designated areas in their community to be collected by Palm Beach Harvest, which will create a soup to serve to more than 1,500 local children and families.
